Name: Lynn Dunlop on Dec 11, 2006Comments: Hitman was the funniest and most moving of Ennis' work, and a highlight of McCrea's. I own the trades there are and would be able to give this comic to people if I knew they could finish the story without having to read my originals. These stories deserve to be out there. Thanks.Flag

Name: Paul Hicks on Dec 11, 2006Comments: Loved Hitman better than Preacher. Bought all the issues and the five existing trades. Like Y the Last Man, I lend the series out to non comic readers all the time. There is a long term market for these.Flag

Name: Sam Mckeithan on Dec 12, 2006Comments: Hitman is one of the more critically acclaimed comics of all time. That it has yet to be collected in trade form is quite a mystery. With Ennis doing such high profile work these days (Boys, Midnighter, 7 Brothers, etc) and Preacher FINALLY getting optioned by HBO, it is definitly time that some of his older work had a chance to reach a broader audience.Flag

Name: Nick Smith--Pasadena Public Library on Dec 12, 2006Comments: Our library has owned the existing Hitman volumes for some time, and we would very much like to be able to complete the series. I would think that the Hellblazer and Preacher adaptations have created a greater audience for Ennis's work, so potential sales should be high.Flag

Name: Aaron Huber on Dec 13, 2006Comments: I bought all 60+ issues (including the Bloodlines 1st appearance) from eBay years ago, and I would still most definitely buy all the trades if they were available. Hear that DC I'd buy this book twice.Flag
