Name: Anonymous on Mar 18, 2004State: DEComments: Expansion in New Castle County right now is insaine. It is stripping the state of its natural resources and creating all types of polution -- especially noise and light pollution. It is almost impossible in New Castle County to enjoy the warm spring and summer nights outdoors recently. There is far too much noise and light to even see the stars. Development of this cherished land is a disgrace.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Mar 18, 2004State: DEComments: Developers permanently alter the land for their own personal profit-they do not ever pay the true cost of what they create. They do not build schools, dispose of waste, build roads to handle new traffic or return the land to it's original state when the development is no longer used. WE the tax payers are forced to supplement their profits but do not share in the profit-only the loss of our land and our income. It is time that the developers pay the true cost of their development and that we be released from the burden of supplementing their profits at our expense.Flag
