Name: Anonymous on Mar 6, 2004State: DEComments: Sussex County in lower Delawre is experiencing similiar problems on a smaller scale with developers purchasing properties within the resort communities, demolishing the old buildings and building the largest structures that the building codes will allow. The City Commissioners are considering legislation to slow this down but it is virtually impossible to stop. It's all about money and land value continues to escalate. We will contimue to resist these trends but we need some enovative ideas to work with.Flag
