Comments: Something needs to be done to preserve the history of my homestate. It would be a travesty to lose yet more historical areas to development.

Comments: We moved from Delaware several years ago. Part of the reason was the lack of consideration for keeping the state from being over developed without any consideration for history or preservation of park space. I hope that the "pwers that be" will think twice before leaving a legacy of nothing more than cookie cutter homes to their children.

Comments: I was born and raised in New Castle County and visit there frequently. I believe strongly that historic sites should be preserved for the benefit of present and future generations. Otherwise, our history and sense of history will be lost forever.

Comments: Delaware's past should not be removed from the present, or the future! These Odessa sites could and should be a model for a collaborative effort for sensitive and smart development. Economic development and historic preservation can score a WIN-WIN to the benefit of all. It is time for our elected offiicals to demonstrate their leadership and make this type of collaborative effort happen.
