Name: Carie Mansinon on Nov 17, 2012Comments: I highly nominate Chris Lones as head coach for HB high school football next season. He only coach my son Jason Mansinon this past season for the HB Jr. Cavs. Jason learned so much this past season form his coaching. As Jason moves to HBHS next year, I would love to have him play under Coach Lones for the next four years. He is a great teacher, and respects the game and kids that he teaches. Good luck to him. ThanksFlag

Name: Paula Sylvestre-Gaudet on Nov 17, 2012Comments: Chris Lones has been a coach to our son Rhys for 3 years now. Each season Chris has guided his teams to prepare for the physical aspect of the game in a safe developmentally appropriate manner as well as continually teach them techniques and details of the game. He creates an atmosphere where every team member is a contributing and important part of the football community. Mr. Lones is also an extrodinary role model of of sportsmanship. My husband and I haved value his his ability to teach each team member. When on the side lines of a game, when a student hasn't been successful with a play , Chris has a way of talking with them about what happened, what he saw , what the student can look for next time to be more sucessful and how to execute this safely, pat them on the helmet and send them on their way having gained insight and whithout being demeaned. Chris Lones would bring great qualities to the head coaching position.Flag

Name: Marc Moscatelli on Nov 17, 2012Comments: Chris is an excellent football coach with a wealth of knowledge. More importantly, he is a valuable member of the community who genuinely cares about these children as much as his own. You will be hard pressed to find a better candidate.Flag

Name: James W & Jennifer H Brooks on Nov 17, 2012Comments: Jennifer and I strongly support Chris Lones as head coach of the HBHS Cavalier's Football team. He has coached our son, Joe, while on HB Jr Cavs and did an excellent job. He is focused on player & team development with a strategic goal of creating a winning team full of self confident players who give their all for a coach they see as a friend and mentor. Chris has a great relationship with the players, really knows the game and his spread offense is devastating to the competition as shown by the HB Jr Cav's 2010 10-0 season.Flag

Name: Susan Sylvestre on Nov 17, 2012Comments: He would be an amazing head coach and the Hollis Brookline School District would be fortunate to have him as a leader in one of its many athletic programs. He inspires his players to believe in themselves, teaches children and parents a like the true meaning of being a team player and demonstrates sportsmanship at every game he oversees. He is one in a million!Flag

Name: Douglas C. Butler on Nov 18, 2012Comments: We have wonderful talented coaches in Hollis but Coach Lones is the best choise for HBHS. He would be make a great HBHS Head Football Coach because he knows both football and children. He does what is best for our children and the team which is one reason why his teams are winning teams. The team deserves Coatch Lones and if he is available he should be hired as head coach.Flag
