Name: Madeline St. Germain on Feb 5, 2007Comments: There should be a second exit from the park that can be used in an emergency. We understand that there was a right of way on the curve at the top of the hill on Stonewood that never was never developed for this purpose.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Feb 20, 2007Comments: I am a long time resident of High Manor. Dizenzo Development bought this property about 9 years ago. Before they bought it we had a lot of empty sites, run down homes, and not much of any hope that things would change. Since they bought it, they have replaced numerous homes and made sure that everyone keeps up there homes. Our home value has gone uo a lot because of this. When I needed tree removal and help with clooged sewer lines they have always helped me. I have asked about new roads and was told they are planning to replace Middle Terrace in the near future. Based on the way they have improved this property I believe they will do what they say.Flag

If the top of middle terrace just past South terrace ever gets blocked for any length of time and we need to have EMT'S on stonewood terrace the results would most likely not be good . As was the case approx. 15 years ago when the mobil home on the top corner of middle terrace burned and the road was blocked for 1-2 hours . At that time the Dizenzo's did not own High Manor but the problem remains the same today.Flag
