Comments: I do not live at highland lake but I frequent the facility to visit friends regularly and I find the speedbumbs to be excessive and a nusiannce. I would lke for them to be reduced or removed in whole so that I no longer need to traverse them. On top of the issue it will cause on the shocks of the inhabitants cars the bumbs are also very annoying. Thank you.

Comments: The speedbumps also impede parking, as people pulling into and out of some spaces have to back over them.

Comments: I, too, am not a resident, but a frequent visitor. My small car cannot traverse the speed bumps above five miles per hour, lest I pop a tire. This severely reduced speed makes it nearly impossible for me to climb the hill to phase II apartments. Also, the lack of continuity in the speed bump encourages damage only to one side of my car, throwing the alignment off-kilter.

Comments: They are also the cheap kind that really mess up your car . It wouldn't be a big deal if they were in a public parking lot or something, but having to go over them numerous times each day is really taking a toll on my car.

Comments: The speed bumps don't really slow down the traffic. Most people drive just as fast over the bumps as they did before. They are ridiculously annoying to drive over, and they are definitely not good for my car.
