We the undersigned residents of the Highland Estates Community are petitioning Spokane County to offer Curbside Recycling Serviceto all regular Waste Management (WM) routes in our community. We understand that this will increase our monthly WM bill by approximately $5.
Highland Estates is defined by all homes on or serviced by North Vista Grande Drive and North Del Rey Drive in Otis Orchards Washington, 99027.
