I would like to have 29.1-525.1 code of VA changed to allow, high fenced hunting of whitetail deer. this bill change would allow people to farm whitetail deer on a fenced farm just like cows. the deer would be free ranging on the farm and it would allow for people to hunt them. This change would allow for more tax revenues for the state, more tourists in the state, it would assist more smaller business and boost sales at small stores in the state. High fenced hunting is allowed in most other states now there should be no reason its not allowed in VA please sign this petition to help get this law changes.
