Also Parry & Moores have a huge part in this too as they should've sold to DIC who DO have the funds in which to rival and surpass Chelsea in the spending and Hicks made bold claims that at their press conference that they'd be m,atching Man Utd & Chelsea for spending well I've yet to see that.. ok so we've bought Torres, Mascherano & Keane but in all that time how much had Chelsea spent Considerablly more !! No wonder we're scrapping for 4th place in the league season after season !!
