Comments: As a member of SPbLUG, I fully support this initiative. Native software does not mean wrapping foreign API in a WINE layer.

Comments: 1. I payed for a Linux version, there was no eye-catching notification that LIMBO is just a Windows game emulated with wine. 2. It only runs on 32bit Linux systems, but I only have got a 64bit system, what prevents me from playing the game. I know, a 32bit Linux is free like a 64bit one, but shall I install another OS on my hard drive only to play a emulated Windows game? If I would do this, it wouldn't change anything if I would install a Windows OS to play this game, but in this case, why should Humble Indie Bundle sell games for another platform than Windows? So, if you say you sell Linux games, then don't just emulate Windows games and hope for us not recognizing it... 3. I know, Linux users are less than Windows users, so it is easier to gain money through selling Windows games. BUT, in the statistics you can see, one Linux user pays more than one Windows user, so our principles are better for business.

Comments: It feels a bit wrong to have a game being said to be cross-platform when in the end, it's just running over an "emulator". For some people that won't matter, for other it will, that's not the point. Developers should have in mind cross-platform issues when developing, and not just do some quick fixes.
