Comments: I'm shocked by the cut in mental health services because although I have suffered for severe depression for 6 months, I haven't even progressed beyond the waiting list yet. Closing units and cutting money from the budget for mental health services makes people with mental health problems feel as if they are second rate to people who have more commonly accepted problems.

Comments: I suffer from depression and have had so much problems trying to access counselling witihn the NHS. The proposed cuts are disgusting, support is scarce enough without the cuts. Do they not realise that the withdrawal of NHS treatment could lead to unecessary suicides I have not got a very good support network and rely on counselling and other services to help me through my illness and it is a lifeline to me, without this help I will be lost. Not everyone can afford private mental health care, what will happens to those people Mental Health Care is not something that you can withdraw without severe consequences.

Comments: This is an outrage. We are supposed to be spending more on mental health as promised by the government, not cutting down finances.

Comments: Please let common sense win through for once and don't make the proposed cuts. Think about how it would affect you if you were unlucky enough to suffer from mental health problems!
