Coventry's main post office in Hertford Street has been earmarked for closure and its facilities moved to WH Smith in West Orchard shopping centre. This will result in a much smaller post office and the inevitable loss of services.
Smaller premises inside a shop will also result in longer queues and congestion.
We insist that the Post Office facilities must stay in Hertford Street. This valuable service to Coventry must not disappear.
