    Comments: As a tax paying PoCo resident who is interested in preserving the last remnants of our heritage, it would be a shame to look back in a few years and wish we HAD saved the Inn.

    Comments: i have lived in port coquitlam all my life and plan to be here for ever and history is something so important to me.i am proud of this city and value its history.i teach my children that history is not to be taken for granted.its to be coveted.this town has become all about new and very little else.remember,once its gone,its gone forever.for future generations who may see value where you see $$$$,please think this over.

    Comments: It is sad that many heritage buildings have already been destroyed in Port Coquitlam. It is of primary importance that the remaining ones are kept as a heritage of the past and for future generations. No amount of money can ever bring them back again.

    Comments: PoCo is going to have no heritage. Just pictures to look back on. I have loved Charles Lobb house and Wild Duck Inn since I was young! I've been in the Tri-Cities my whole life (I'm 45). What a sham!

    Comments: There aren't many heritage homes left in PoCo to save. If we don't do something NOW, what is left will be gone. We need a Heritage Conservation plan put in place with the city, to protect historical buildings from being demolished in the future!
