Name: Charlotte Chapman on Dec 8, 2012Comments: Definitely agree to having one management company, would simplify and remove some of the "red tape" we have to go thru to get anything done in a timely fashion. It took me weeks to get approval to fix a problem leak in my villa attic - mainly because of committee members being out of town and too many signatures needed from unavailable people. The issue was a potential mold problem and was ultimately resolved because I went to a VP in Lennar who called an emergency meeting for approval.Flag

Name: Ruthee Magrini on Dec 8, 2012Comments: I agree that there seems to be alot of waste in management costs with 3 different areas of management. It would seem to me that having one management would make it easier for the right hand to know what the left hand is doing and there wouldn't be any passing of the buck.Flag

Never received the sign off on the stucco that was done--that's a different place. Very confusing, time consuming and mostly anoying.Flag

Name: Linda Bradley on Dec 9, 2012Comments: Sorry that I bought at Heritage Isles was NOT informed by the Realtor that I would have fee after fee for the Privilege of living there . We are assessed fees as if we lived at Duran Country Club.I did get a great deal on my house as the people that I bought it from could not wait to get out of there and move back to the Mid West !!! They took a BIG loss to get out of Heritage Isles and I bought it for 50% less than they paid for it !! I have owned the house for 2 years and have only stayed there for a few weeks... Had to call Lennar homes and threaten to sue them if they did not re-stucco the entire house .. it took a year but they did come and re-stucco the outside of the entire house as the walls were not stuccoed properly. Had the CEO of Lennar at my house and he drove over from Tampa . Was a Construction Manager at the Kennedy Space Center so know what I am talking about . We need to revolt about the Horrendous amount of fees we are charged for NOTHING. I will be selling my house in the New Year as feel that I have been lied to and ripped off. Have a Lawyer on retention and will do all I can to make sure that the Mgmt Company and Lennar know that they are not living up to what they promised . Very disappointed in Lennar and Heritage Isles Management. I answered YES to all your Questions in your Survey .I upgraded the interior of the house and bought all NEW furnishings, and $4000 of new custom drapes and window coverings and plantation shutters. May include all in the sale price so I can get out of Heritage isles . I have a high rise Condo on the Intercoastal and live there now as Heritage Isles has left a bad taste for me and do not trust the Management there with all the new fees we will have in 2013 !!!.Flag

Name: Michael Dennis Jolly on Dec 9, 2012Comments: Major HI issues are not being addressed by management company in a timely manner. The new reg's & rules are getting out of hand, no common sense being applied. Just because there are committees & boards that exist, they feel justified that they need to make changes. Plus, they are listening to the same group of HI complainers and then feel they need to make changes to placate them. Learn to say no to these persons and groups of whinning complainers. Name: David Acox on Dec 9, 2012Comments: My main concerns are that: (1) Funds are being wasted due to triplication of overhead expenses among the "agencies"; and (2) Off-campus management cannot be as aware of unreported problems with the infrastructure, etc., as on-campus management would be. However, the "powers" and "authorities" vested in a single manangement arrangement must be made to "answer" to the owners of the community through a series of meaningful committees of the owners.Flag
