Disaster Relief for the Yankees

The New York Yankees, their players, owners, fans and concessionaires have been greatly impacted by Hurricane Frances. Because the Tampa Bay Devil Rays were unable to leave Florida due to the hurricane, the two teams failed to play a doubleheader on September 6. Thousands of dollars were lost, fans were inconvenienced and now the two teams will HAVE TO ACTUALLY MAKE UP THE GAME ON A DIFFERENT DATE!!!

Because of this outrage, the undersigned are petitioning the Federal Emergency Management Agency to make the Yankees eligible for federal disaster assistance to deal with this devastating inconvenience.
