Comments: We have got to take a stand here and protect the rights of victims of rape. These horrible incidents must NOT be allowed to happen and then pushed under the carpet because they make people squeamish. My prayers and thoughts to the Smart family and to any others whose daughters have gone through this. I only have one voice, but I hope all reading this know how LOUD it is. Injustice must be stopped.

Comments: The administration, faculty and the Board of Education should be ashamed of themselves. It is their job to protect and support our children and they have failed miserably. This child needed help and the people she should have been able to trust have turned their backs on her.

Comments: These administrators are barbaric and inhumane. Due to their lack of humanity, ethics and moral fiber, they are unqualified to hold the powerful positions they hold.

Comments: I am an Sexual Assault Adovate and this is totally wrong at any given time or place. To think that a school would allow this is unforgivable. I am very happy to sign this petition.
