   Comments: This is the most disgusting case I have ever heard of, Susan Burn should not have to sell her home in these circumstances. What have the courts and lawers been doing. The law states that anyone that causes another to incurr loses should be able to recover those losses under the law. In which case the courts and lawers should be held, cupable because of the time taken to bring to an end a legal status ie a marriage, which has been done on countless other occasions, without such a passage of time.

   Comments: Mrs Burns had has no support from her ex husband since their seperation and has had nothing but trouble from him. she has tried to come to an amicable settlement through the courts but has been hindered by him at every turn. She has come through a long term illness and now faces the terrible predicament of becoming homeless at her age. He has not financially supported Mrs Burns or her two daughters at any stage and this appears to be a terrible and unfair miscarriage of judgement.
