Comments: To the Federal courts - Please take a step back and approach this from non political eyes. Decriminalizing the use of marijuana has so many physical, social and some say psychological benefits. To unleash such hard judgments for what in most minds is a victimless act is such an necessary reaction. Show some compassion.

Comments: I think it is crazy that people are allowed to get trashed on alcohol to where they are impaired for hours but you cannot smoke a joint and mellow out, eat a bowl of cereal and keep on trucking. the only reason weed is illegal is b/c the government is too stuck up their own butts to stop and figure ot a way to tax it so it can be legalized. Who is the real criminals The pot heads the pot sellers Or the government HHHMMMMMmmmmm.......

Comments: As an American i feel it is not important to spend OUR tax dollars on prosecuting and locking up a non-violent peaceful human being for selling seeds of a plant. As a native american I feel it is a crime that our mothers earths medicine plants were taken away and made to be criminal by the same greedy white mans courts.
