To whom it may concern: We, (The United States of America), are constantly sending aid to foreign countries in the hundreds of billions of dollars, yearly. I propose that we do an American Aid to jumpstart our economy.Ponder this. I propose that the Government of the United States of America send every" legal" American $500,000 dollars (tax free). If there is approximately 350 million legal American's that's only175 million dollars, a far cry from what we send abroad and never see again.
