I was recently terminated in court for reporting my landlord on repairing problems & foreclosure with taxes was due before I moved in plus the house didnt have an Rental Registration & infested with rats & mice and few months later. Section 8 gave me an moving packet within the same time frame of my letter terminating the landlord then he turns around & take me to court after to evict me but it turned in to an termination as well with no money judgement. Now Im in an hearing trying to trying to keep my voucher for reason I think Section 8 & landlord were both wrong. I need help real bad I recieve disability and it really doesnt cover my bills that much not recieving foodstamps either with two teenagers still in high school.
