UPDATE!!! SHE IS HOME!!! Lila, my daughter, is in danger. On January 24th, 2006, Commissioner George G. Pancol of the Madison County Superior Court Division III took my baby from me and gave her to her father as a punishment to me. This action is not allowed under the laws of any of our 50 United States. My home is the only one that Lila had ever know, there were no allegations of my being unfit. As Henry admitted in open court that he was unable to care for his daughter, the Commissioner Pancol asked Henry\'s mother to care for Lila instead. I was given visitation every two weeks overnight and told to give my daughter to people who were strangers to her in less than 2 hours. Since that day I have been fighting for her return. On March 4, 2006, I picked Lila up for my overnight visit. On the way home she was extremely uncomfortable in her car seat. When I got home her strange behavior continued, prompting me to take her to the doctor. The doctor sent us to the Community Hospital ER, where doctors confirmed that Lila had vaginal irritation, abrasions, and a TEAR! Child Protective Services and the Anderson Police Department were called. I was interviewed and Lila was taken into foster care that Saturday night. On Sunday, my baby girl had to endure a rape examination at the Madison County Sexual Assault Treatment Center. It was determined that the tear was 48 hours, possibly 72 hours old. There was no way I could have done this to her. On March 7, 2006, Magistrate Stephen Clase listened to CPS Casworker Greg Adams and CPS presented medical evidence absolutely showed evidence of sexual assault. The tear, Mr. Adams said, was likely caused by an instrument such as an ice pick or a screwdriver. After hearing the evidence Magistrate Clase decided that it was proper for CPS to have detained Lila, but that there was no reason she shouldn\'t be returned to her father, with whom the sexual assault occurred. Neither he nor his family have offered any explanation. My family was stunned and outraged. Since then, the court system has refused to help my baby. Lila is with him right now. She\'s afraid to go to bed, she\'s afraid of men, she hides under furniture - she never did this before. Please tell anyone who can help us about Lila and please help bring her home.
