On Sunday Morning 27th November, Wellington City, while intervening another attack by this man, Andrew has severly beaten and kicked in the head. He now lies in intensive care fighting for his life and has been unconcious for almost a week now.
The aim of this petition is to simply give a public opinion to the courts, and encourage this man\'s sentence to be the maximum to in turn keep him off the streets as long as possible.
New Zealand courts are more than often too lenient on these people, which allows them to offend again in our communities.
