The government of Aruba is pushing to Install 10 wind turbine around Alto Vista Chapel. Its a 250 years old Chapel and the oldest in the Caribbean. Its also the number one tourist attraction in Aruba and loved by thousands of repeated guests. Its the number one visit chapel for all the devoted prayers.
