The gov. acts as protectors when I don't need it. If I decide to make a purchase I should be allowed to. It's not protection it is product sensorship so that the general assembly is the general assembly for business, money, lobbist, etc; and not the General Assembly of the PEOPLE!!

Because of the weak workman's comp laws, the insurance company continues to delay payment. I do have an attorney and the case has been approved. However, due to the loss of income and the long process, I am financially strapped. Today, I contacted Oasis Legal to inquire about an advance and was informed that TN laws do not permit them to help us. The laws need to be changed in favor of the residents of TN not the insurance companies. Thank you.
