   Comments: only the FAA can regulate the airspace, not individual states! someone needs to challenge this to the us supeme court to show how it effects development of new technologies and the state will loose!

   Comments: When flying fpv planes or quadrotors you can only see well enough though your ccd sercurity camera to fly your craft. There is no thermal imagaging or zoom on our crafts we are not spying on people. There are already privacy rules in place for this. This is a recreational hobby that has many benifits to the community, such as powerline inspection , search and rescue, nuclear power plant inspection during emergencys. And many other applications. Ther are many hobbie shops that are going to be really hurt by this.
