This local puppy mill needs to be shut down.A friend of mine isgoing to petition Alpena and Montmorency Counties prosecutors. It's come toour attention that the Montmorency county prosecutors office doesn't care enough to bring charges on this woman.She was informed that at one point this lady had over 60 dogs in a garage, without food and water, living in their own filth, in cages that they could hardly move it. She doesn't let them outside in the winter, they stay locked up in their filth in an unheated garage. When she does feed them, she mixes their dry kibble with water, when asked why she didn't give them any she said: "They had water, they don't need anymore." Imagine, living in a cage your whole life, starving, living in your own fecal matter and urine. Could you live like that? Why should these innocent dogs have to live this way? They shouldn't! Let's give them a voice! Stand up for what's right! the name of the woman can not be released nor her address.
