My teens who had been severely emotionally abused by their other parent and severely alienated away from (me)their mom, The lives of the children had been THREATENED by the ' other parents" still wife, The kids were so terrorized they were hiding under their beds, The other parent and his family DID NOTHING, instead the other parent/family ALLOWED it to continue, DEFENDED the other parents still wife. MY LIFE ( the mom) and MY CHILDREN(S) lives had been THREATENED if I stepped foot back into the state my kids live in. I recently moved back to the state where my kids live, due to nearly 4,000 death threats, physically assaulted, being stalked/harassed on an every second basis. I moved to get my life/self straightened out. My kids now teens were given the right to choose between me and the other parent. I was alienated from my own family at their age, given choices and decision's to make by the court. It effected my life, my relationship with my family, jobs, friends, emotionally I was a wreck as a result from the decisions and choices I had been allowed to make by the court system. I do not want a life like that for my kids!! They are not of LEGAL age to get their own place, to support themselves financially, to vote, to be alone at night driving after a certain hour, they are not old enough to go into bars! I love my kids very very much! I have never hurt them. I moved away because I was being thrown from cars, pushed and beaten on stairs, Now other parent put a protection order against me is using my sons disability against him to prevent contact and communication! He has severely alienated the kids away from me. I have the evidence to prove his allegations against me were false. The judge would not listen!! help me protect my children!!
