How many times, in the past years, have you heard of a person being criminally charged, prosecuted, and jailed for a crime that eventually they were found not to have committed. Even if you answered 1, that 1 person is just too many. It happens more than you can imagine. It is a pandemic. Since March 2000, my very good friend, Steven Crain, was and still is a victim of being an innocent man being rail-roaded, incarcerated (6 years in Nevada state prison and currently on parole and probation), because of the vindictive, retaliatory, drug using, drug dealing, drug selling, drug trafficking (NV – CA.), Regina Hyman, and all because of the fact that Mr. Crain would not baby-sit for his neighbor, Regina Hyman, kids for free. Angered by that, Regina Hyman filed false charges against him, claiming that Steven Crain had attempted sexual lewdness to her youngest daughter, Lagina Hyman. There was never any evidence, just malicious retaliatory hearsay, and even that had so many lies. Regina Hyman has a history of making these types of accusations, both in Nevada and California, claiming that other men have sexually assaulted her other daughters. Even Regina Hyman admits that her daughter Lagina Hyman never really told her (Regina Hyman) what happened. How could Lagina Hyman tell her mother, Regina Hyman, what happened, when nothing happened. It also must be noted that Regina Hyman waited three days after her daughter, Lagina Hyman, told Regina Hyman the lies, to falsely file her perjured police report against Steven Crain. Steven Crain took three polygraph tests, ordered by Nevada Parole and Probation, regarding this matter, and passed each of them, thereby showing the Steven Crain was telling the truth that he (Crain) is actually innocent. Incidentally, the polygraph tests were given by a retired Las Vegas Police Officer. Despite the fact that Steven passed the 3 polygraph tests, the Clark County District Attorney (Steve Wolfson – husband of Judge Jackie Glass (Swift Justice), the Nevada Parole and Probation, and the Nevada Attorney General will not lift a finger to declare Steven innocent. During the criminal case, Steven Crain was falsely re-arrested, by the Nevada Parole and Probation, all because the Nevada Parole and Probation did not like the fact that Steven Crain had passed all 3 polygraph tests. Mr. Wolfson was Steven Crain’s attorney. The re-arrest charges were dropped. The charges regarding the original case are still there. Even Mr. Wolfson thought Steven Crain was innocent. I have hundreds of pages of proof and if need be, I will name names and provide contact information. Steven Crain’s rights under the 6th Amendment right to have the assistance of counsel for his defense were violated. Ineffective Assistance Of Counsel (Clark County Public Defender Robert Amundson) Steven Crain’s rights under the 14th Amendment rights were violated. (Selective prosecution) Steven Crain rights under the 14th Amendment right to deprive any person of life, liberty, or property without due process of law, based on these facts: Actual Innocence. were violated. Steven Crain’s rights under the 14th Amendment right to equal protection clause act, based on these facts: Clark County Public Defender Only Provides Proper Legal Representation To White Mormons were violated. Steven Crain is a Hispanic Catholic. Steven Crain was never read his Miranda Rights Several hours of the police taped interrogation of Steven Crain were missing therefore not brought into evidence. The fact is that Defendant, Steven Crain defense was harmed because these several hours of missing tapes would have shown how the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Officers/Detective tried to force Mr. Crain to admit to a crime, Mr. Crain did not commit. These tapes would have also shown the trickery and lies that the said officers/detectives tried to also use to get Steven Crain to admit to a crime Mr. Crain did not commit. The missing tapes would also show Mr. Crain is innocent.
