Mayor Rahm Emanuel is a horrible Mayor. Unemployment is still at its highest and this guy is trying to screw everyone he can. Closing schools, taking peoples refunds they get from the state. The city of Chicago has red light cameras at almost every street light. This guy is not helping out the people of Chicago, he's another money hungry politician trying to fatten up his wallet. The latest with closing the schools and taking peoples state refund checks is enough. He is not trying to help people get back to work. He is just thinking about his own well being. This guy is a joke and needs to be thrown out of office. He is not doing any good for the City Of Chicago.
