Help me (Saskio) and other users help get our money back from the deviantART staff. If you have ever had Premium Membership and money in your deviantART account and then have been banned for whatever reason and then have contacted the staff, you will get a generic copy-paste reply about how they do not offer refunds.
I know from experience, and from friends that they don't give refunds. I contacted staff shortly after having my account terminated and they marked my ticket as solved without replying, so I made a new one requesting my money be refunded. They told me they do not give out refunds.

When I mentioned that I received an email telling me I'd been blocked from the Help Desk. That means I cannot contact the staff by email, by my banned account or by any other methods. They know what they are doing, they know they are in the wrong, and they are stealing our money!
