Denny's is coming to the corner of Nassau and Spring St. in the Financial District this Spring, and you can help us put an amazing cocktail bar inside. Here are the top 6 reasons why you should sign in support -- Mayor Bloomberg already voiced his -- of our full liquor license:

1. We will not be a party location; operating hours are from 5 a.m. to 12 a.m. 7 days/week

2. Our bar will offer classic cocktails at great prices, as well as one of the best happy hours around

3. We need the supplementation of bar sales to offer the affordable food prices that people have come to expect from Denny's

4. Our beautiful space doesn't look like a typical Denny's (check out the artist's renderings on our FB page)

5. We will be the best affordable options for local workers and residents to blow off some steam after work

6. We will have free Wifi in our bar area
