The mission of this petition is to keep motor cyclists safe in Kentucky by requiring that motorcycle helmets be worn by all cyclists in Kentucky.
If a helmet is not worn, that a fee should be paid by that cyclist. Since Kentucky has enforced seat belt laws, I believe that a helmet law should also be enforced in Kentucky, and do hereby show my support for such a law.
