Our neighbor is held in a Nursing home against her will, she has a house that her case Manager changed the locks to, without her knowledge or permission, she has not been able to go to her home and say good-buy, broken hearted because the house is going to be sold against her will to pay for the Nursing home where she doesn’t want to be, despite writing letters to the Guardianship board in order to review the decision for her to go home, her letters were never replied to or considered, in order to change this decision she needs to apply to the Supreme Court, but Lawyers are not interested in her case unless she is able to pay out hundreds of thousands.

The same happened to her mother in the mid 90's she was placed in a Nursing home against her will died broken hearted because she was separated from the only daughter, and the neglect of the Nursing home, every-time we visited her she was overly sedated and asleep in a play pen cot.

They have never had a family to fight for them, they have been exploited along the way, treated with no dignity or respect by their Managers, and their Managers have always ordered them playing God Judge and Jury, and it's time we put a stop to it all for the sake of other victims.
