    Comments: I played on the UW water polo team for over 4 years and had some of the best memories on that team. It would be a shame to close the pool and not have a place for any teams to practice or play. There was also an IMA swim meet each year held at Hec Ed Pool which brought a lot of students and faculty.

    Comments: I had FOUR high school state championship meets here (1986-1989), four years of Husky Water Polo, countless intramural water sports activities and a ton of memories. DO NOT CLOSE THIS POOL. Plus, it has the best showers in the world.

    Comments: Please do not close the pool!! It is an incredible asset to the NW swimming community. Water Polo is a great sport that teaches leadership and teamwork, and if the pool is closed the UW Mens and Womens water polo teams will likely not be able to continue. Keep Hec Ed Open!!!

    Comments: I support the U of W by buying season football tickets and have sent four students to the U of W. All four used the pool and one continues to use the pool for water polo. It is bad enough for you to cancel the swim teams. Do not close this pool.
