WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, ALL LEGAL HOMEOWNERS OF RIVERMARK IN SANTA CLARA, CA, HEREBY PETITION THE RIVERMARK BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND COMPASS MANAGEMENT GROUP, INC. AS FOLLOWS: 1. We use the Rivermark Pool for activities including, but not limited to, recreation, swimming lessons for our children, exercise, and physical therapy. 2. The Rivermark Pool is currently unheated during many periods of mild weather when Rivermark residents would benefit from its use. 3. We hereby request that the Rivermark Pool be heated during the full calendar year, to commence immediately. 4. The undersigned hereby approve an increase of an amount not to exceed $1.00 (one dollar) per month in Rivermark Homeowners Association Dues to cover inremental pool heating and maintenance costs. 5.
