We the tenants of Rocks green estate Ludlow Shropshire demand a review of the current heating system in place.
After speaking with a number of the tenants on the estate it became apparent there is serious case for concern from us all.
The current heating system has been a major concern from day one causing problem after problem.
There seems to be a variation in problems however one major concern we all have is the pricing of such and the accuracy of the readings taken each month,
Many tenants question the price for the amount of usage some paying upto and over 120 pounds a month for very little or no usage.
I myself have had a number of problems which are currently being looked into.
From the petition we the Tenants demand:
Review into the pricing and accuracy of the whole system and set up
Review into the reliability of such a system
Review into why such a system when not being used in most properties continues to burn and use the fuel (surely this is a major flaw in such a system)
Review into why there is no option for a tenant to not use the system without being charged (again this has been discussed with trading standards and is law and goes against human rights)
Review to why such a system produces higher readings in some cases 100% higher charge than previous month with no or little extra usage
Review the tenants right to have an alternative heating source and switch off the current heating system
We the tenants demand that Total Response Limited / SSHA review all the above
