    Comments: A much underrated, one-of-a-kind band. No one can name another woman-fronted band of this consequence. That aside, they've written more than their share of classic rock radio staples: "Crazy on You", "Magic Man" and "Barracuda" just to name a few. As a cherry on top, the riff in Barracuda stands up to any legendary guitar riff. Although their second coming wasn't as illustrious as their first, this band has still had two mega careers within one. Their late eighties incarnation was a huge commercial success. And to this day Ann Wilson remains, without a doubt, one of the great rock singers of all time, period. They deserve in.

    Comments: Sorry to use this pettition improperly. I already "signed" it for Heart, but I did want to also mention four other deserving groups, and I cannot find a link. The Guess Who (Canadian rocka nd roll and the best male voice in rock), the Doobie Brothers (great instrumentation with harmonies and unique swamp-country rock blend), the Hollies (these harmonies led to CSN) and, most especially BS&T, for the greatest mix of jazz and rock of any band, and another great voice (two counting Al Kooper) ALL belong in the hall.     Comments: Ann and Nancy Wilson deserve this recognition of being pioneers of women in Rock-n-Roll. I had never seen a woman playing an electric guitar until I saw Nancy Wilson. And Ann Wilson's voice is almost operatic in range, she is amazing and deserves this recognition so much. The Wilson sisters shaped history, they really did!

    Comments: The first song I heard by Heart was Crazy On You. I immediately went out and bought the album Dreamboat Annie. I believe Ann Wilson to be one of the best singers I have ever heard in any genre of music. Nancy Wilson's guitar work, particularly on the acoustic guitar was one of the biggest reason I took up the acoustic guitar as a hobby. These ladies rock and in my opinion deserve to be in the hall of fame much more than does Madonna and several others. Unlike some others, with the Wilson sisters it's all about the music.
