I am petitioning the court for a hearing.

My name is Kevin Osgood and I am a resident at Kurt Forbes Residential Center, I have resided there since January. I was ordered to complete substance abuse treatment, pay my supervision fee, and secure my own home.

I have done all of this, and I am running into the problem of trying to maintain my home and keep Kurt Forbes satisfied on their rent. This is not possible. I have tried to explain this to them, and they don't seem to care. I am being held because of what I owe, and as far as I know, there is still no such thing as debtors prison.

Another issue is that Kurt Forbes believes that I have only been on supervision since April of 2011 and that is not accurate. I have been reporting since December of 2010.

I would appreciate a hearing to discuss these matters.
