With this signature I am stating that I support the change of healthier foods in the Dining Hall at ABAC. Starting with healthier cereals, there needs to be less sugar cereals and more whole grains in the options given to the students. I would like to also see more variety on the sub/ salad bar, including more meat option and fresh vegetable options. Another change that needs to be made is more fresh vegetables and fruit, not frozen but fresh and they need to be served all day long. Having healthier options at the dining hall where many students eat will positively affect the entire campuses outlook on healthy eating, it will also increase athlete ability. Healthy eating makes people have better emotional stability and has even been associated with better test scores. With this signature I support the change for better healthier food at The Dining Hall.
