By signing this petition you hereby consent that you agree to constitutionally challenge the U.S. Government's rights to force you to have a health care insurance policy. You also agree that, health care reform is important to you and the nation, but should NOT have bills/laws stating that you must have health insurance or you pay a fine. And, you hereby request that the U.S. Supreme Court, uphold its role in challenging the bill, if/when the current bill passes. In any form containing provisions requiring you to have health insurance, whether it be (Senate/House/President) form.
