I, Heather L Stewart, am filing a response in regards to file number 10-CvD-4477. I ask that the court allows the signed and notarized marital seperation agreement to be a part of the divorce summons. I also ask that I be allowed to resume the use of my maiden name, Heather Lee Cross, should I so choose.
