We have been without a full time Project Development Manager for service user involvement since Lynn Vass left two years ago. On 28th October 2005 we held an Open Space conference. A lot of people worked very hard to make this happen and a lot of issues came out of it, which a group of service users, named Head First, headed up by Lynn Vass were trying to resolve. Since Lynn left there has been no one to head this up, leaving it to Graeme Morrish who has been trying to do what he can on top of his full time job. As a result of this, Head First has lost it's momentum and enthusiasm. We feel disillusioned that we and these issues are not deemed important enough for this post to be filled. We, the undersigned, ask that this post be filled with urgency.
