Comments: This is an important piece of legislation that deserves your support. We have the ability to protect ourselves from physical threats posed by criminals, but have no protection from those seeking monetary damages. It bothers me greatly to hear of a career criminal being shot in the commision of a crime and then have his/her family say that the person was misunderstood and was a fine upstanding individual and then file a lawsuit against the victim. Enough. If it is not the job of the police to protect us, fine. But let us have the means to protect ourselves without the worry of a civil suit.

Comments: This is essential to people living in rural parts of this fine State. The Police are far from my home and they have 1/2 hour response time during the day. I would hate to need them to come help me during the night. Where I was unable to defend my family.

Comments: i believe that every american should not have his 2nd Amendment rights infringed upon any more..its like does a criminal really follow the law?--the only thing legislation against law abiding citizens conceal carry & the right to protect certain properties ect..ect..does is give the criminal more freedom to do harm ... people need to use common sense with this messing with our Bill of Rights---i mean Good Lord----once our gun rights have been infringed upon & the criminal knows,.he will become more bolder & crime rate will escalate ..Please take care of our country's soul. sincerely; Robert j. Fedder sr.
