Name: Tiffnie Lothrop on Feb 11, 2013Comments: The DOC works for the citizens of the state of Washington. This bill is an alarming proposal. Why would we give the DOC the authority to arbitrarily withhold information which could be used by the citizens to hold the DOC accountable for its actions and policies? Why would we allow the DOC to withhold information that could be used to argue against (or in support of) current or proposed laws. The state doesn't need another lawsuit, and that will happen if this becomes law (and the state will lose).Flag
