Are you a permanent resident in the Huntington Beach Continentals? Do you own a parking permit? Have you ever been towed from your own neighborhood? Were you overcharged by the tow company? Do you feel that the current security company is doing their job? We are petitioning to change the current policy for neighborhood parking rules. 1- HOA provide vehicle permit stickers rather than hanging permits 2- Security be provided a master list, updated monthly, with current permit owners and vehicles permitted. 3-Security required to cross reference master list prior to towing. 4-Security required to issue one formal written warning to permit owners prior to vehicle towing in permit spaces.
