Hawaii House Bill 46 is a proposed law to completely Ban Smoking in Public Housing Complexes and allow for a limited and determined smoking area away from all buildings complexes. It would be illegal to smoke inside any apartment unit or any apartment building on a Public Housing property in the State of Hawaii.
