People these days only get a fine or a very short jail time if that for cruelty to animals, people wont take the laws seriously if their is not severe punishment. This petition is for cruelty of animals in the state of Victoria, Australia to become harsher for those who offend. Hopefully government officials or people who can change the laws and do something about this will see this petition. The more signatures the better and will put this petition on the map.
