How many Eastbourne parents are currently struggling to look after children financially when their children's non resident parent simply refuses to pay? The Csa claim that they have power but they are willing to allow years of debt without even touching cases. They care if the non resident parent doesn't have enough money to pay but not that the resident parent cannot afford bills etc. I want to bring to Mr Stephen Lloyd's attention how much this is happening in Eastbourne alone and how there should be harsher punishments for parents who abandon their children both emotionally and financially!
