they actually listened and decided to split the final movie into two parts so they dont have to cut anything. i am honestly blown away that we got what we wanted. thanks for sticking with me while we pushed for them to keep the story right.
We all love Harry Potter. We read the books, and when a movie comes out, stampede into the movie theatres at 10 PM to wait for a 12:01 AM movie. We finally see the movie, and get very angry because the director changed the plot that was COMPLETELY PERFECT the way J.K. Rowling made it! We all get angry and then post how they can make the movies better, and we have found a common thread. If you can make movies like Titanic and Lord of the Rings super long, why not Harry Potter The last two books are the most important ones, and if they are done wrong, many Harry fans will be very frustrated! So we propose, why not keep it true to the book Even if it's 4 or 5 hours long, TRUE Harry fans will watch every second!
Exactly. Lord of the Rings proved people will sit through a long movie if the story is actually good. Stop rushing the best parts.

4 hours is fine by me if it means getting the whole story. I dont want to miss out on the important details.

So tired of them changing scenes that were fine the way they were written. Just stick to the book!!

DO IT RIGHT. nobody cares about the runtime if the movie is actually faithful.

They cut out so much stuff at the burrow and the ending of the half blood prince was totally wrong. Keep it accurate!
